When you send a consultation inquiry, we collect your name, email address or phone/WhatsApp number, any interests you select, and any ancestor details you choose to provide. Please avoid submitting identification numbers, financial information, or sensitive details about living relatives.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential archival research, and prepare a research plan. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud. Other website visitors cannot read your inquiry. The information may be processed outside Canada. Do not submit information you do not have permission to share.

Your choices

You can request access, corrections, or deletion by submitting an inquiry through our contact form and describing your privacy request in the optional ancestor information field. Include only the information needed to identify your previous request. We may need to verify your identity before processing it.

Website data

The inquiry form does not require an account. Hosting providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. We do not sell the information you submit.
